Florida State will get two of its best players back for 2012.
Cornerback Greg Reid and defensive end Brandon Jenkins have said they will return for their senior seasons with the Seminoles.
Reid, nicknamed G5, made is announcement on Facebook.
?G5 will be landing in Tallahassee next season,? he wrote. ?#bcs bound.?
Jenkins is coming back for one big reason: to win.
?I want to win a championship, spend one more season with my teammates and have a little fun,? he said, according to the Orlando Sentinel. ?I also think it will be good for me to return and improve my draft stock.?
Said coach Jimbo Fisher: ?It?s great that Greg Reid wants to come back for his senior season for a lot of the same reasons as Brandon. He has some unfinished business as he continues to work towards his degree and also to increase his draft stock. We are very blessed to have such a dynamic playmaker and one of the great players on our team coming back for his senior year.?
